Great Italian authentic and down to earth cuisine in a nice atmosphere. A very tasty wine was recommended to accompany the meal. We are already looking forward to the next menus in the coming months. We will be back definitely! ?

Despite the relatively many negative reviews, I gave the restaurant a chance. Unfortunately, my visit was also a flop. All in all, a really great location, with super nice people. We were served nicely and didn't have to wait long. The food looks good, but tastes either totally bland or completely salty. A pity...

Great concept!

The food was very good! The taste was very well matched and the pasta was al dente! The service to the point and always attentive. The only thing that wasn't good was the red wine. But here, too, the service was very attentive and courteous and swapped the wine for the white wine that was previously found to be good.

The concept really appealed to us, so we had reserved a table and asked beforehand whether there was also a vegetarian menu, which we were assured. Once there, we were accompanied to the table and ignored there for about 15 minutes. Afterwards our waitress couldn't tell us what the vegetarian menu included (she just didn't know) but simply said that we should be surprised and that some of the dishes simply left out the meat or fish (price remains of course equal). In our opinion, unfortunately, very unprofessional. The waitresses were completely overwhelmed. We didn't feel welcome and left. Dear restaurant team: It doesn't matter if you shouldn't offer vegetarian dishes, but please don't say that you will do this but ultimately don't even know what you want to serve your guests. Personnel should be instructed accordingly. For € 35 a guest expects good food and good service. It might work next time.

Best authentic food. If you want standardized spaghetti pomodoro or pizza salame, this is not the right place for you. Typical Italian dishes that you won't find in every restaurant - perfect for me.

Nice Location!

Complete disaster. None of the dishes were tasty or even presented in an appealing way: pasta too soft, canned mackerel, olives from the discounter. Really a shame, but that was seriously the worst meal I've ever been served. I could laugh about it after a bottle of wine, but only because I have a sense of black humor.

A contemporary Italian with delicious dishes. Very nice, hard-working and attentive! Tip..... You can take homemade pasta with you, different shapes and sizes. So even without eating there.

Great concept! Above average food. It's fun to just try new dishes that you might not have tried. We had a great evening: nice service, great atmosphere, very good value for money. Really recommendable. Just trust and try it out :)

Great concept - Italian flair in Stuttgart! We were there for the third time and each time had a very nice evening. The food was always varied and delicious. Service always very friendly. For a nice evening together we can highly recommend the Casa del Consumo.

We were here for the 5th time and was again really a surprising menu. The region "Marche", which is on this month, offers nothing but super delicious dishes and is therefore my personal favorite so far. The portions were more than sufficient, everyone in the group was enthusiastic about the concept. It actually felt like a little trip through Italy. However, a map would be very helpful to know which region you are in now :) The fish soup was heaven, keep it up!

Was a great experience with the concept of the location. It had the flair of a tavern with the stylish decor. The room is full of seats and you don't have the feeling that you are constricted. I found the presentation of the dishes very nice and smart. The staff was authentic and super friendly from A-Z. For each course something was told about the dishes and since it was my first visit, I found it best that the young lady informed me about the concept. I found the price / performance ratio to be completely okay and you can definitely visit it with good friends to spend a cozy evening. The dishes were delicious and very well prepared. Recommend it to everyone ?????

We had a very nice evening with friends at Casa del Consumo. We liked the concept of the restaurant and we wanted to try it for a long time. The menu, including water, costs 35 euros and the current region, according to which the menu is based, is the mountainous region of Valle d'Aosta (previously it was Puglia, for example). Accordingly, the menu was kept simple and is of course a matter of taste due to the fixed composition. The portions were more than sufficient for us and we were almost full after course 3. We were very well informed by the staff about each individual course, were asked what we like / dislike. The service was tried and the location is appealing. Unfortunately, I can not understand the sometimes very bad reviews here because you also have to get involved with such a concept and of course there is something in a fixed menu that you may not like so much, but the common meal and Part of the menu is simply typical Italian and ensures a sociable and relaxed evening.

We spent a very nice and relaxing evening here and felt really comfortable. The ambience is really great! The staff was also very friendly and attentive. The food was good, but not outstanding.

We found the concept of an 11 course menu by region very interesting and good. The food was delicious and exceptional. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service either. We also had to wait a long time until we could order something to drink, the plates were not cleared and stacked on our table. The food was good, but the dessert was saved in relation to the rest. In addition, there was not the same dessert for everyone because "the kitchen wanted to try something new". For us there were therefore two different desserts, but in small quantities. To us it sounded as if there wasn't enough for everyone. Maybe coordination problems in a still young shop. We will still try it again.

Just like sitting at the Dinner table and waiting for the delicious food to come from moms kitchen. Great food. Amazing experience.

Delicious 11 course meal The food from the Apulia region was very good. It would be good if you would preheat the plates. There is only one menu, which changes regularly.

Offering a fixed menu removes the worst thing about going out to eat (having to make decisions). The sharing concept scales nice from 2 to infinite people. Maybe too many tables for it to ever get cozy, but nice atmosphere nonetheless. Nice service and good food. Excited to see in what directions it might grow in the future. Great to have a place like this in Stuttgart.
